We were very pleased with the service provided. John had provided an estimate by phone for the mitigation, but when he came to the house and checked out what was already in place, he informed us that the service he needed to do was substantially less. We were impressed!

Our house had a medium level of radon (peaking at 12) in the basement. As we wanted to minimize our exposure and make the basement less hazardous, while increasing resale value, we had American Radon install a mitigation system. We have a standard cicra 1980 non-waste sump pit without pump, so we had them install a sump pump at the same time. The installation was done professionally over the course of a single day. Results: down to a ~1! Highly recommended for Radon Mitigation!
